What's
in it for me?
A: Quite right! Let's get straight down to it. MONEY
as a LIMITED MEMBER you'll receive a £5
cheque for each referral which ends in an
order for the board game Crusade. That's a take it to the bank cheque,
not one of those £5 off your next order types.

Q: What's
in it for you?
A: There are several advantages for us, some of
them are:
- We consider recommendation to be the
best form of advertising and the enthusiasm for the game of those who
have actually played Crusade make them the best people to introduce it
to others.
- Selling direct allows us to keep our product competitively
priced by avoiding the markup, transport costs and extended credit
requirements of dealing with Retail Outlets. We pass our cost savings directly
on to
the end user.
- We cut
advertising costs associated with magazines and newspapers.
- As the sole manufacturers of Crusade we
can be in contact with the end user and offer them the opportunity to
enter local and national competitions planned for the future.

Q: What
do I have to do?
A: Just apply
for LIMITED MEMBERSHIP it won't cost you a penny. We
will e-mail you with confirmation of your acceptance and issue you with
an identification number unique to you. This will give you limited free
membership to the Crusade 'Introduce-a-Friend'
programme. Within a few days you will receive, by post, a pack of 20
Crusade discount vouchers - these are absolutely
free and do not commit you or obligate you in any way. Each
discount voucher will display a claim code the same as your
identification number. Just hand the vouchers to your friends, family or
anyone who you think may enjoy owning a game, you can even just put them
through neighbors letter boxes - you've nothing to lose.
The voucher can be used to get £5 off an initial order for Crusade
and you will receive £5 for each time your unique number is used
to produce an order from a new client. The people you introduce can
place their orders either by posting a completed voucher to us, or
online by selecting the REDEEM
VOUCHER button in the control panel of the Crusade
web site www.crusade.co.uk Your
limited membership will allow you to receive a maximum of £100
for your referrals.

Q: What's
the risk?
A: That's easy the answer is none, as a LIMITED
MEMBER you haven't had to pay or agree to order anything.
That's not low risk - it's no risk!

Q: Who
can I introduce?
A: LIMITED MEMBERS have no restrictions on who
they introduce, strangers, friends, relations, work colleagues in fact
anybody with a UK
mainland postal address.

Q: Who can't I introduce?
A: You cannot introduce:
- Yourself, but don't worry we'll send you
a discount voucher that you can use if you want a game.
- Anyone with a postal address outside the
United Kingdom.
- Any more than ONE person at the
same postal address.
- Anyone who has already been referred by someone else.
- Any clients that have already purchased Crusade directly from the
manufacturers Dal Cassian (gamesmaker) Ltd.

Q: How many
introductions can I make?
A: Limited members can introduce up to 20
individuals. Full members can introduce up to 50 'Friends'. Agents can introduce up to 100.
Limited members earn £5
per successful introduction while full members and agents receive £10
for each referral which ends in an initial completed
order
for the board game Crusade, so make the most of each referral by
selecting those of your friends you think would really enjoy owning
a game.

Q: What happens if I refer
someone who is not eligible?
A: If you refer someone who is not eligible, we
will not process their order. Under our
conventions of privacy we are not able to disclose whether or not a
referral has not been accepted or rejected. If you know the person you
recommended then you can approach them.

Q:
Can you tell me which of my introductions are not eligible?
A: We are committed
to protecting our customers' and individuals privacy
we
are not able to notify you if the person you are introducing is an existing customer or has
been referred by someone else already. Please read the terms
and conditions for full details.

Q: Will I receive a £5 cheque for
every introduction?
A: It's possible, as long as:
- You are introducing someone who is not
already an existing customer of Dal Cassian (gamesmaker)
Ltd.
- That person has not already been
introduced by someone else.
- Your referral orders at least ONE
Crusade board game using a valid discount voucher attributed to your
identification number.

Q:
How long will it be before I receive my
gratuity cheque?
A: That will depend
on how long it takes your referral to place their order and the method
by which they pay. Processing a client's cheque can take up to 4 working
days whereas credit card transactions are effective immediately. Under our returns and
refund policy we allow the client to reconsider their purchase for a
period of 7 days, we determine the order to be processed at this point. Your cheque(s) will be dispatched to you within 28
days of the order being processed.

Q:
How long have I got
to make my referrals?
A: As long as the
Introduce-a-Friend programme is in operation you can make your
referrals. It is worth considering that if one of the introductions you
make also applies for limited or full membership and submits the name
of a mutual acquaintance before you do, any resultant orders would be
attributed to them.

Q:
How does the person I
introduce claim their discount and place their order?
A: There are two
methods; online or by post. Online
method
- They visit the crusade website www.crusade.co.uk
and select the
Redeem Voucher option.
- They choose their preferred method of
ordering, either by E-mail, Post or Fax.
- Complete the order form and insert the
unique claim code number from the discount voucher. ( this
identifies to us that you were the person who introduced them and that
the £5 introduction
cheque is yours.)
Postal method
They complete the discount voucher and post it
to Dal Cassian (gamesmaker) Ltd., P.O. Box 7218, Post code RG26 3WS

Q:
Is
there a minimum purchase requirement when using the £5 discount
voucher?
A:
An order must be for at least ONE game of Crusade. The current price is displayed
on the web site www.crusade.co.uk The price includes £5.00 postage/packing and insured delivery.

Q: Do I
have to live in the United Kingdom?
A: Yes and the introductions you make must have UK
postal addresses because postal charges and insured delivery are included
in the price of each game of Crusade.

Q:
My
referral received their game. Why haven't I received my cheque?
A: If you know the
person you introduced ask them how they made their purchase. It is never our intention to
delay remuneration for an introduction, we only increase our sales and
reputation by treating you fairly. If you know your referral has received
the order it is possible that:
- They did not use the £5
discount voucher bearing your identification code, to make their purchase..
- They were introduced by someone
else.
- They may
have ordered online direct prior to receiving the discount voucher.

Q:
I
have received a cheque for an order resulting from one of my
introductions. Can you tell me who it was?
A: As we are
committed to our customers privacy, we are unfortunately unable to
provide this information. We suggest that if you know all the people you
referred, then you can by process of elimination work out who it was.
Anyway they will almost certainly be in touch with you challenging you
to a game of Crusade!
