Q: What's
in it for you?
A: There are several advantages for us, some of
them are:
- This method of marketing allows us to
pinpoint particular niche areas where we can introduce our product as
well as letting us select specific geographical locations to
concentrate our promotion.
- Selling direct allows us to keep our product competitively
priced by avoiding the markup, transport costs and extended credit
requirements of dealing with retail outlets. We pass our cost savings directly
on to
the end user.

advertising costs associated with magazines and newspapers.

can be in contact with the end user and offer them the opportunity to

Q: What
do I have to do?
A: Just APPLY
TO BECOME A PROMOTION POINT it won't cost you a penny. We
will e-mail you with confirmation of your acceptance and issue you with
a unique identification number. Within a few days you will receive, by post, a pack of
100 'Crusade' discount vouchers and a small voucher display
holder - these are absolutely
free and do not commit you or obligate you in any way. Each
discount voucher will display a claim code the same as your
identification number. Just place the stand in a prominent place where
it can be easily seen by members of the public or hand the vouchers to
your friends, family or anyone who you think may enjoy owning a
'Crusade'. It's as easy as that - you've nothing else to do. You do not
have to buy, sell,
deliver or stock anything, you won’t have to process any orders or
even ring up the cash register.

Q: What's
the risk?
A: That's easy - the answer is none. Your
'Promotion Point' will be initially classified as 'passive' you do not
have to buy, sell,
deliver or stock anything. That's not low risk - it's no risk!
Just place the display holder in a
prominent position and wait for the gratuity cheques.
If you feel you would like to take advantage of making
even more money, you have the opportunity on the 'Promotion Point' application
form, to order ONE 'Crusade' game at a special reduced rate of £19-95
this includes postage, packing and insured delivery, this payment can be
justified as a legitimate business expense if you wish to order using a
company cheque or credit card. This one-time one-off order immediately
attributes your Promotion Point with 'active' status, giving you even
greater rewards, in addition to the standard payments we make to you, we
will also give you £10 for every successful introduction you make
by submitting the email addresses of friends, relatives, work colleagues
or clients. You can recommend up to 50 new email addresses per month -
that's all you have to do, we'll take it from there.

Q: How
does the voucher work?
A: The voucher is used by the person you have
introduced, to get £5 off their initial order for
'Crusade'. You will receive £5 each time your unique number is used
to produce an order from a new client. The people you introduce can
place their orders either by posting a completed voucher to us, or
online by selecting the Redeem
Voucher button in the control panel of the 'Crusade'
web site www.crusade.co.uk

Q: Who can't
use the discount voucher?
A: The discount voucher is used as an
introduction to 'Crusade'. People that are not eligible for the discount
voucher are:
- Anyone with a postal address outside the
United Kingdom.
- Any more than ONE person at the
same postal address.
- Anyone who has already been referred by someone else.
- Any clients that have already purchased
'Crusade' directly from the
manufacturers Dal Cassian (gamesmaker) Ltd.

Q: What happens if I
introduce someone who is not eligible?
A: If you refer someone who is not eligible, we
will not process their order.

Q:
Can you tell me which of my introductions
were not eligible?
A: We are committed
to protecting our customers and individuals privacy
we
are not able to notify you if the person you are introducing is an existing customer or has
been referred by someone else already. Please read the terms
and conditions (section 9 convention of privacy gives full
details). Under our
conventions of privacy we are not able to disclose whether or not a
referral has been accepted or rejected. If you know the person you have
recommended then it may be possible for you to approach them and confirm
if their order was successful. It costs a considerable amount for us to
recruit, establish and maintain a 'Promotion Point' and it is in our
interests to ensure they receive their full entitlement
regarding their introduction payments. The higher the value of the
gratuity cheques we send out the more clients we will have gained. As a
safeguard that you are receiving all your introduction fees it would be
easy to introduce a friend or relative to check our system.

Q: Will I receive a
gratuity for every introduction?
A: Yes, as long as:
- You are introducing someone who is not
already an existing customer of Dal Cassian (gamesmaker)
Ltd.
- That person has not already been
introduced by someone else.
- Your referral orders at least ONE 'Crusade'
using a valid discount voucher attributed to your
identification number.

Q:
How long will it be before I receive my
gratuity cheque?
A: That will depend
on how long it takes your referral to place their order and the method
by which they pay. Processing a client's cheque can take up to 4 working
days whereas credit card transactions are effective immediately. Under our returns and
refund policy we allow the client to reconsider their purchase for a
period of 7 days, we determine the order to be processed immediately
after this point.
The culmination of all processed orders within each month will
result in one gratuity cheque, which will be issued on or about the 1st
Tuesday of each month and are made out exclusively to the person or
business registered on the 'Promotion Point' application form as ‘the
introducer’.

Q:
How does the person I
introduce claim their discount and place their order?
A: There are two
methods; online or by post. Online
method
- They visit the 'Crusade' website www.crusade.co.uk
and select the
Redeem Voucher option from the main page.
- Choose their preferred method of
ordering, either by E-mail, Post or Fax and the preferred payment
option of secure online credit card transaction or cheque.
- In order to qualify for their discount
they must insert the
unique claim code number from the discount voucher. This
identifies the 'Promotion Point' that introduced them.
Postal method
They complete the discount voucher and post it
to Dal Cassian (gamesmaker) Ltd., P.O. Box 7218, Post code RG26 3WS

Is
there a minimum purchase requirement when using the £5 discount

An order must be for at least ONE game of 'Crusade'. The current price
including £5.00 postage/packing and insured delivery is displayed

Q:
My
referral received their 'Crusade'. Why haven't I received my cheque?
A: If you know the
person you introduced ask them how they made their purchase. It is never our intention to
delay remuneration for an introduction, we only increase our sales and
reputation by treating 'Promotion Points' fairly. If you know your referral has received
the order it is possible that:
- They did not use the £5
discount voucher bearing your identification code to make their purchase..
- They were introduced by someone
else.
- They may
have ordered online direct prior to receiving the discount voucher.
