• Selling direct allows us to keep our product competitively priced by avoiding the markup, transport costs and extended credit requirements of dealing with Retail Outlets. We pass our cost savings directly on to the end user.
• We cut advertising costs associated with magazines and newspapers. 
• As the sole manufacturers of Crusade we can be in contact with the end user and offer them the opportunity to enter local and national competitions planned for the future.

Q:  What do I have to do?
A:  When you have purchased your first game of Crusade through our web site www.crusade.co.uk you will automatically qualify for inclusion in our Introduce-a-Friend programme.

1. Visit our website www.crusade.co.uk and click on the Introduce-a-Friend button.
2. Register your details. We'll e-mail you with your unique registration number and inform you of your acceptance on the programme.
3. When you have received your registration number, visit the Introduce-a-Friend page and choose the Registered Member button. Enter your name and number, then list up to 50 e-mail addresses of friends you think would be interested in owning the board game Crusade. You don't have to list them all at once, you can keep returning until your list is full.

That's it, that's all you have to do. We will contact your friends offering them a £5 discount voucher on their first order and you'll earn £10 for each referral which ends in an initial order from anyone on your 'friends' list. They will then also qualify for the opportunity to join the Introduce-a-Friend programme, just like you did.
By requesting to be accepted into the Introduce-a-Friend programme you acknowledge you have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

Q:  What's the risk?
A:  The easy answer is none. If you've already purchased the Crusade board game or are registered as an existing owner. You don't have to buy anything, pay anything or agree to order anything. That's not low risk - it's no risk!

Q:  Who can I introduce?
A:  Any of your friends, relations, work colleagues or individuals that you know personally, with a UK mainland postal address, who, in your reasonable opinion, would wish to benefit from receiving an e-mail offering them the opportunity purchase the board game Crusade at a discounted price and the opportunity to enrol in the Introduce-a-Friend programme themselves.

Q:  Who can't I introduce?
A:  You cannot introduce:

• Yourself.
• Anyone with a postal address outside the United Kingdom.
• Any more than ONE person at the same postal address.
• Anyone who has already been referred by someone else.
• Any individual unknown to yourself or derived from an e-mailing list.
• Group e-mail addresses.
• Any clients that have already purchased Crusade directly from the manufacturers Dal Cassian (gamesmaker) Ltd.

Q:  How many friends can I introduce?
A:  You can introduce up to 50 of your friends. Agents can introduce up to 100. You'll earn a £10 cheque for each referral which ends in an initial completed order for the board game Crusade, so make the most of each referral by selecting those of your friends you think would really enjoy owning a game.

Q:  What happens if I refer a friend who is not eligible?
A:  If you refer a friend who is not eligible, we will not send them an e-mail offering them a discount voucher. Under our conventions of privacy we are not able to disclose whether or not a referral has not been accepted or rejected. Each e-mail address you supply is counted as one of your 50 potential submissions, this also includes non-eligible, duplicated and incorrect e-mail addresses.

Q:  Can you tell me which of my friends are not eligible?
A:  We are committed to protecting our customers' and individuals privacy we are not able to notify you if your friend is an existing customer or has been referred by someone else already. Please read the terms and conditions for full details.

Q:  What happens if I don't supply the correct e-mail address?
A:  Each e-mail address you supply is counted as one of your 50 potential submissions, so take care to enter an accurate and current address.

Q:  Will I receive a £10 cheque for every friend I introduce?
A:  It's possible, as long as:

• You are introducing someone who is not already an existing customer of Dal Cassian (gamesmaker) Ltd.
• That person has not already been introduced by someone else.
• Your friend orders at least ONE Crusade board game using a valid discount voucher attributed to your introduction.

Q:  How long will it be before I receive my pay cheque?
A:  That will depend on your friend's response, the £5 discount voucher used towards their order is valid for 28 days from its day of its issue. Your cheque(s) will be dispatched to you within 28 days of them receiving their order.

Q:  How long have I got to make my referrals?
A:  As long as the Introduce-a-Friend programme is in operation you can make your referrals. You do not have to list all your introductions at one time. Bear in mind that if one of the friends you introduce submits the name of a mutual acquaintance before you do, any resultant order will be attributed to them.

Q:  How long does my friend have to claim their discount?
A:  The discount voucher is valid for 28 days from the date of its issue.

Q:  How does my friend claim their discount?
A:  

1. They visit the crusade website www.crusade.co.uk and select the  Redeem Voucher  option.
2. They choose their preferred method of ordering, either by E-mail, Post or Fax.
3. Complete the order form and insert the unique claim code number from the discount voucher on their e-mail. ( this identifies to us that you were the person who introduced them and that the £10 introduction cheque is yours.)

Q:  Is there a minimum purchase requirement when using the £5 discount voucher?
A:  Your friend must order at least ONE game of Crusade. The current price is displayed on the web site www.crusade.co.uk The price includes £5.00 postage/packing and insured delivery.

Q:  Do I have to live in the United Kingdom?
A:  No. The friends you introduce must have UK postal addresses because postal charges and insured delivery are included in the price of each game of Crusade. You can have ordered your game from any country, however our records must show that you have purchased at least ONE Crusade board game by using one of the forms available on the Crusade website www.crusade.co.uk before you can qualify for inclusion in the Introduce-a-Friend programme. Remember any cheques you receive from successful referrals will be in £ sterling and issued through a UK bank.

Q:  Can I submit group e-mail aliases or e-mail mailing lists as referrals?
A:  No.  Multiple e-mail addresses at the same postal address will be rejected, as will any group e-mail aliases or mailing list e-mails.

Q:  My friend received the order. Why haven't I received my cheque?
A:  First check with your friend and see how they made their purchase. It is never our intention to delay remuneration for an introduction, we only increase our sales and reputation by treating you fairly. If you know your friend has received the order it is possible that:

• They did not use the £5 discount voucher to make their purchase.
• They did not place their order within the 28 day validity period of the voucher.
• Your friend was introduced by someone else. 
• Your friend may have ordered online direct prior to receiving the discount voucher.

Q:  I have received a cheque for an order resulting from one of my introductions. Can you tell me which friend it was?
A:  As we are committed to our customers privacy, we are unfortunately unable to provide this information. We suggest that as you know the list of people you referred that you can by process of elimination work out who it was. Anyway they will almost certainly be in touch with you challenging you to a game of Crusade!

First they visited www.crusade.co.uk and ordered the new board game Crusade. Why not find out what they think about the game or play it with them the next time you meet? Then they joined our free Introduce-a-Friend programme and submitted up to 50 e-mail addresses of friends who they thought would enjoy playing the game, you were one of them. That was it really, no catch, no fuss, no problem.
