The Crusade NetSearch Directory is designed to allow visitors to the web site www.crusade.co.uk an opportunity to quickly link to selected sites which in our opinion may be of interest or benefit to them. We have formed associations or affiliations with some of the advertisers on our site, while others have been listed at the desire of, or with the express permission of, the site owner or controller. In all cases we believe the selections we have made offer high quality products of good value. All sites are inspected by the Dal Cassian webmaster to check for suitability prior to inclusion in the directory and periodically thereafter.
We decline to associate with any websites that may contain or promote:

any infringement of copyright whether actual or intellectual
any material that we (at our sole discretion) may consider to be unsuitable
We do not guarantee to initiate,
maintain or include a link, or association, beyond the express conditions we have
entered into with any associate or affiliate partnership agreement.
We accept no
responsibility for the failure of a link for whatever reason from the Crusade
NetSearch directory.
Every effort will be made to place
a link in the category they have requested if such category already exists, but
we do not at any time guarantee a listing in the Directory or it's location on
or within a specific category.
We accept no responsibility for
the security of any links made to third party websites through
www.crusade.co.uk. and accept no liability for the accuracy of information
transmitted to them.
Copyright
The link permits the Crusade
NetSearch Directory free and unrestricted use of any graphic or text they
choose in order to form a hyperlink(s) between the Directory and the
promoted site, on the understanding that we agree not to alter such graphics or
text in any way if they are taken from the promoted web site. Excluding linked sites hyperlinks the content of the
Crusade NetSearch Directory including graphics, forms and text are the

Requests for removal from the
Directory must be made by email to: removecrusadenetsearchlisting@crusade.co.uk
or in the case of affiliated agreements, by contacting us at the address
made at the initiation of our association with them. All such request will be actioned
by us as soon as possible after confirmation of the
request.
Amendments
and modifications of these terms and conditions
These terms and conditions may be amended or modified by and
at the sole discretion of Dal Cassian (gamesmaker) Ltd, with immediate
effect, at any time and without prior notification. Any amendments will be
posted on the terms and conditions page of the Crusade NetSearch
Directory with the website www.crusade.co.uk and it is the
responsibility of the link to review this page from time to time for such
amendments. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held
to be invalid, that invalidity will not affect the other provisions.
Remedies
for non-compliance
If, at our sole discretion, we consider any link has not
complied with the prevailing terms and conditions, we may, in addition to
any other rights and remedies we may have, immediately and without notice or
explanation, withdraw all benefits that the link may enjoy under the Crusade
NetSearch programme.
Legal
jurisdiction
Unless specifically agreed by both parties at the time of our application
for an affiliation, the aforementioned terms and conditions will be subject
to interpretation and enforcement in accordance with the laws of the
England, and requests for inclusion within the Crusade NetSearch Directory
means you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction and rulings of the English
courts.
Limitation
of liability for Dal Cassian (gamesmaker) Ltd
To the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Dal Cassian
(gamesmaker) Ltd, nor any of its associated companies, affiliates,
directors, employees or representatives will be liable for damages arising
from or in connection with the Crusade NetSearch Programme. This limitation
of liability applies to ALL damages of any kind, whether direct, indirect or
consequential, be that damage actual or implied, including loss of data,
loss of property or damage to property, loss of income or profit and all
claims of third parties.
Requests for inclusion in the Crusade NetSearch Directory are on the grounds that all the terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
